Hallo... Happy Saturday
Yeay, finally we have a schedule to city tour. We go from hostel at 08.00 am. but we must to healthy check first in PNU. After that, we going to Intramuros with ma'am Cristina, Erika, shans, Alisa, Dream, Afrida, and Ummah by jeepnee. When we arrived in there, we learn historic of Philippines in here. Intramuros, "The Walled City," is the oldest district in Manila. This is what remains of the fortified city, which was the seat of power during Spanish Colonial times (1521-1898).
Nice place to walk around and there are some excellent old style Spanish houses where traditional dancing can be seen. Intramuros has a lot of stories to tell side by side with university belts from Mapua, Letran, Lyceum, PLM, etc.. Don't need thousands of dollars to get in tuned, understand, see and taste just what Intramuros is all about. Excellent for friends who are keen to historical places. I was surprised and the history is very interesting. Worth a visit! don't forget to take a pictures in this historic place. hehe
After we explored intramuros, we going to restaurant to lunch together. Then, we visited a place, where the place is a lot of muslim population. The name of that place is Quiapo, i was surprised and very happy because i can see mosque and pray in there. After we have pray, we go to bought some souvenirs. Next, we go back to hostel and arrived in the hostel at 16.30 pm. mmmm, very tired but i'm very happy today because i can explored the culture of Philippines.
